Class of 2025 Senior Events

Prom Terms and Conditions

• Students can pay online using the QR code below for their tickets or cash sales will begin on March 24th between 9:30am - 2:30pm in Room 326. No tickets will be sold after April 18th.                                 
• Tickets are non-refundable.
• Physical tickets will be released one week prior to Prom. They may be picked up at 6301 N. 2nd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19120 in Room 326.                  
• Students may bring outside guests. 
• All students and guests MUST COMPLETE this permission slip. Please Make a Copy and utilize Kami to fill out or text a picture of the permission slip to Ms. Davison at 267-973-3198.
• Present your ticket with a photo ID at the door. You can get a school ID if needed. Doors close at 9:00 pm. There is no re-entry.
• This is a formal event and appropriate attire & behavior are expected. Students and/or guests dancing, behaving, or dressed inappropriately will be escorted out of Prom. Not being able to participate in graduation may be deemed a consequence of behaviors.
• No one is allowed to bring alcohol, drugs, weapons, or firearms. There is no cigarette smoking/vaping on the premises of the venue.

                                                                                                                                                 

 

                                                                                    

Important Senior Events

• • Senior Portraits: Senior Portraits are complete for the 24-25 School Year. You may go to Prestige Portraits directly in Warminster, PA to get your portrait taken. Portraits must be taken by 3/31/25 in order for it to be included in the yearbook.
  • Junior/Senior Prom- May 9th, 2025 @ the Waterfall Room, 2791 Southampton Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19154, 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
  • Senior Work Submission Deadline - May 28th @ 7:45 am
  • Notification Day - May 30th, Students will be notified if they met all graduation requirements, & to pick up cap/gown, diploma, graduation tickets, yearbook, etc. 
  • Graduation Practice #1 - June 2nd, 9:00am - 11:00am
  • Senior BBQ- June 2nd, 11:00am - 1:00pm
  • Graduation Practice #2 - June 3rd, 12:30 - 2:30
  • Graduation- June 5th, 2025 at the Aspira Bilingual Cyber Charter School, Auditorium, 6301 N. 2nd Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19120 @ 1:30 pm
    • • Only eligible students who meet all graduation requirements prior by 5/30/25.
      • Summer school graduates are not eligible to participate in the June graduation ceremony.
