Important Dates

 

    • Senior Parent Meeting: September 30, 6:00 PM on Zoom (Link will be shared)
    • Senior Portraits: 
      • Round One: November 12 & November 13
      • Round Two: February 3
    • Junior/Senior Prom- May 15, 2026 @ the Waterfall Room, 2791 Southampton Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19154, 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
    • Senior Work Submission Deadline - 
      • Semester One: January 14 @ 7:45 am
      • Semester Two: May 27 @ 7:45 am
    • Notification Day - May 29, Students will be notified if they have met all graduation requirements, & to pick up cap/gown, diploma, graduation tickets, yearbook, etc. 
    • Graduation Practice #1 - June 1, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
    • Graduation Practice #2 - June 3, 11:30 - 1:00
    • Senior BBQ- June 3, 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
    • Graduation- June 5th, 2026, at the Aspira Bilingual Cyber Charter School, Auditorium, 6301 N. 2nd Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19120 @ 1:30 pm
  • Only eligible students who meet all graduation requirements before 5/30/25.
  • Summer school graduates are not eligible to participate in the graduation ceremony.
