Campus - 6301 N 2nd St, Philadelphia, PA 19120
In July 2024, ASPIRA Bilingual Cyber Charter School engaged the services of LEW Corporation to conduct sampling and analysis of water at 6301 N 2nd St, Philadelphia, PA 19120. Our intent was to determine if trace amounts of lead exist in the water supply at our schools at a level that would require mitigation. Results from sampling and analysis of all drinking fountains and sinks are available below.
According to EPA guidelines, any sample that exceeds a concentration of 15.5 ppb requires action.

In June 2024, ASPIRA Bilingual Cyber Charter School engaged the services of Criterion Laboratories, Inc. to conduct a lead-based paint inspection at our school. Our intent was to determine if there was any presence of lead-based paint hazards and, if so, to address these hazards immediately. The inspection results are available below.
Adams - 1100 Adams Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19124
From August 2025 to January 2026, ASPIRA Bilingual Cyber Charter School engaged the services of Criterion Laboratories Inc. to conduct sampling and analysis of water, asbestos containing material, and indoor air quality at 1100 Adams Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19124. Our intent was to determine if trace amounts of lead exist in the water supply, identify and document asbestos-containing materials, and establish a baseline for the indoor air quality. This was done to identify if any of these areas would require mitigation.
According to EPA guidelines, any sample that exceeds a concentration of 15.5 ppb requires action.
